  • You may qualify for assistance. Please visit our Help With Bill page or call to learn more. If you’re found eligible for HEAP you may also qualify for ELP and AMP!
  • HEAP  HEAP provides federal grant money to qualified customers to help pay their heating costs and may also assist with weatherization needs. Contact your local CAA to apply for HEAP.  For more information, visit Help With Bill .
