  • You may qualify for assistance. Please visit our Help With Bill page or call to learn more. If you’re found eligible for HEAP you may also qualify for ELP and AMP!
  • HEAP funds are available apply today at your local Community Action Agency. If you have been denied in the past and are experiencing a change in your income due to COVID-19, please contact your local CAP agency, today. For more information, visit Help With Bill.
  • Emergency Rental Assistance Program – Maine has $200 million in rent relief funds from the federal Emergency Rental Assistance Program. This program will provide rental and utility relief payments to help eligible renters maintain housing stability. Apply only here, or at your local Community Action Agency.
