Seasonal Heat Pump Rate

Enrollment to the Seasonal Heat Pump pilot rate ended December 31, 2024.

For customers currently enrolled in the Seasonal Heat Pump pilot rate, the December through January billing period, which concludes with your January meter reading, will be the final billing period under this rate.

Please choose your new CMP delivery rate before January 1, 2026, either using our online forms or by contacting us via phone, email or webchat. If we don’t hear from you, your account will automatically be moved to the standard default rate, Rate A. Your CMP delivery rate can be changed at any time by reaching our customer contact team.

Residential rate details with helpful comparison calculators to help you make the best rate choice for you:

• Electric Technology Rate – residential customers can benefit from this rate if their monthly usage is at least 800 kWh.
• Rate A – our all-hours rate.
• Time Of Use – if you can shift enough of your use to off-peak hours (outside of 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday – Friday), this rate may be a good option for you.
