Mary E. Nowack-Cowan

Joined CMP as analyst in Planning & Budgets Department in 1992. Later served as Director of Marketing. Former management consultant. Graduate of Tufts University; Masters in Business Administration, Harvard University.

Douglas A. Herling

Joined CMP in 1985 as a worker at the W.F. Wyman generating facility. Later served as Energy Services Advisor, Supervisor of Energy Services, District Line Supervisor, Operations Manager, Manager of Service Centers, and Managing Director of Customer Services. Graduate of Maine Maritime Academy.

Eric N. Stinneford

Joined CMP as Operating Assistant in System Operations in 1981. Later served as Energy Billing Analyst, Supervisor Energy Billing, Regional Marketing Director, Director of Energy Trading and Marketing and Director of Electric Supply. Graduate of Colby College.
