Adding or changing your e-mail notifications
When a new CMP bill is delivered, you will receive an e-mail notification at the e-mail address you provided. The e-mail will tell you the amount due and the due date for your bill. This e-mail notification is turned on by default. You can change your preferences for e-mail notifications once you have logged in to your account.
To change your e-mail preferences, first log in to your eCMP account and click the "View and Pay Online eBill" link in the menu on the left-hand side of your screen.

Next, click the "Your Online Bill Profile" link.

You will see a screen that lists your current e-mail address. You can also turn e-mail reminders on or off, as well as choose to receive additional e-mail reminders before or after your bill is due.
