Create your online profile

Before you turn on our paperless eBill service, you need to set up an online "eCMP" profile. From here you will be able to  view your CMP account balance, payment history (starting with the next bill after you create your profile) and change your contact information.

To start, visit www.cmpco.com/ebill and click the "Sign up for eBill now!" button.

Next, fill out the form to create your profile. If you are setting up a business account, click the "Business customers: click here" button at the top of the form to fill out a business form. Click the "Submit" button when you are done.

Once you submit the form, you will see a profile confirmation screen. Please make sure the information you entered is correct, then click the "Continue" button to access your eCMP account.

Once you click "Continue" you will see a screen where you can turn on eBill for the CMP account you just used for your eCMP profile. Click the "Program Terms" link to read the terms of our paperless eBill service, check the box next to your CMP account number, and click the "I Agree" button. Congratulations! You're now an eBill customer!

Starting with your next bill, you will be able to view and pay your bill online. You can add a bank account to make paying your bill online quick and easy. And, you can also choose to set up automatic monthly payments for the most convenient way to pay your bill each month!
