Turn on (or off) eBill, our paperless billing service

Turning eBill on (or off) is as easy as checking a box!

To start, you need to have an eCMP profile (if you don't have one yet, you can follow these steps to create your eCMP profile)

If you already have an eCMP profile set up, log in to your account. Then, click the "Manage Your Profile" link at the top of the menu on the left-hand side of your screen.

Next, click the "Change eBill Accounts" link.

Then, check the box for the account number(s) to turn on eBill for that account. Uncheck the box next to the account number(s) if you want to turn off eBill. Click the "Program Terms" link if you have not read the terms of our paperless billing service. Click the "I Agree" button, and you're done!

Starting with your next bill, you will be able to view and pay your bill online. You can add a bank account to make paying your bill online quick and easy. And, you can also choose to set up automatic monthly payments for the most convenient way to pay your bill each month!
