AutoPay makes it possible to deduct your payment from your checking account automatically. If you sign up for AutoPay, you won't have the hassle of writing a check to pay your electric bill ever again. About 15 days after you receive your electric bill your payment will automatically be deducted from your account. The transaction will show up on your next financial institution statement, too.

This authority will remain in effect until CMP or Depository has received written notification from me (or either of us) of its termination in time and in a manner so CMP or Depository has a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
