request customer usage form

Under Maine law, it is the responsibility of the Competitive Electricity Provider to have the customer's written authorization to obtain customer usage information.  By requesting this information, you are representing that you are a Competitive Energy Supplier lawfully authorized by the customer to receive this information.

CMP will provide the most recent 13 months of monthly usage data for a fee of $1 per account, 24 months of monthly usage data for a fee of $15 per account, or 13 months of interval data for a fee of $25 per account. Before requesting customer usage information for the first time, please contact Supplier Services at (207) 621-3960 to establish an account for billing purposes.

CMP will provide the following data via e-mail in an electronic text format file:
    Account #
    Name
    Rate code
    Read dates
    Number of days billed in each billing period
    kWh usage
    kW measured (if applicable)
