Maine EBT Competitive Electricity Provider Training

In Maine, supplier training was initially a two-day workshop. It has been compacted to one day, on the premise that what providers need to know is where to find the information when needed and to be able to pass it on to the appropriate people in the organization, such as the EDI coordinator, the legal department for contracts or the settlement contact.
Purpose of Supplier Training

• To present the regulatory and operational requirements required to do business in Maine.
• To present reference information to facilitate future participation in the market.

By completing this training workshop, providers will satisfy the licensing and contract requirement for Business Contact and Technical Contact supplier training.
